Training report

I woke up and looked at the clock, it said that the current time is ten thirty. I disappointed, and then quickly got up and had blunch.

After an hour chill, I supposed to conduct thirty minutes threshold training. I reminded "Strike iron while it is hot", and worn cycling Jersey and then got on Growtac with timetrial bike.

The feeling was really bad today. My legs didn't work, I felt lactate flew all over my blood vessels. It was really hard to put 310watts for 10minutes on my pedal, so I gave up the trial and decided to get off my bike.

Despite a small disappointment, tomorrow is another day. I'm sure I have good legs, now I have to do the things I can do.
